From Food Truck to Gourmet Delights

The Beginning

Our story begins with a simple dream and a food truck. We are Brandon and Sherri Bostwick. We started in the summer of 2022 when an already established mobile food service business came up for sale. We had talked about having a food truck several times in the past, as this was always Brandon's dream, but had never made steps toward making it happen. When this opportunity presented itself, it felt like the right time to jump in. So, we bought the business named Front Porch Concessions! We took ownership August 1, 2022 and have been operating the food truck ever since. We specialize in convenient but delicious fair food for large multi-day events. Our food already had a following before we took over. Many people in the area seek out our famous Taco in a Tub - which is a walking taco in a sturdy plastic tub which makes it easy to enjoy. And anyone who eats at our truck quickly realizes that we have the best cheese curds in the Midwest! The joy of seeing satisfied customers is worth the loads of effort it takes to keep this truck running and successful. And, it is also quite fun! Our 3 children, as well as many family members and friends, help out in the food truck, and we have a great time.

Expanding Horizons: Enter Mobile Charcuterie

The food truck seemed to have sparked the entrepreneur spirit in us. As our popularity grew, so did our ambition. The next step in our culinary adventure was introducing mobile charcuterie. We recognized a growing demand for gourmet experiences on-the-go and on a smaller scale, and we wanted to offer something special. Our mobile charcuterie service brings fresh options including meats, cheeses, fruits, and more to events and gatherings, making every occasion memorable.

Small Charcuterie and Snack Box Catering

Beyond our mobile charcuterie, we have also expanded our services to include small charcuterie and snack box catering. These individual-serving boxes are perfect for corporate meetings, picnics, birthday parties, and intimate celebrations. Each box is crafted with care, featuring a curated and customizable selection of high-quality ingredients that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
